The Cosmetic Focus-CIT™ (Collagen Induction Therapy) is a small, hand-held device that allows you to focus on specific, traditionally difficult to treat areas, such the mouth and eye area. This device creates tiny, micro-channels, meaning active ingredients can reach the depths of your skin, where they are most effective, while simultaneously stimulating the body's own natural collagen production.
Environ Skin Care has unveiled the Focus-CIT, a small micro-needling tool that is rolled across the skin to boost the penetration of Environ's skincare creams, allowing users to target specific areas such as frown lines..
The Focus-CIT is to be used between two and seven times per week after toning and cleansing for a time period of between 10 and 15 minutes in order to achieve maximum effect.
Recommended for use with the Focus-CIT with the Focus Frown Serum or Focus Hydrating Serum.
NB: Skin needs to be well prepared with mild levels of vitamin A before you can start needling. Needle only once your skin is with at least the second level of the Environ Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ of moisturisers. Start by using it twice a week and slowly increase to daily use.
How to use:
1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone your skin with your preferred Environ products.
2. Divide your target areas into sections and tap the Focus-CIT firmly on to the skin. You may not feel any sensation but treat in overlapping patterns until the area has been thoroughly treated. One can easily go close to the eyelashes of the lower eyelid, and treat the recesses of the upper eyelid and the difficult areas at the side of the nose. Use the Focus-CIT for 3-5 minutes, using mild but firm pressure (look at diagram below).
3. Follow with your recommended Environ eye gel
4. Apply your preferred Environ serum - Focus Frown Serum or Focus Hydrating Serum are recommended
5. Apply your Environ Vitamin A moisturiser.
6. Rinse the roller with warm water after use, and clean once a week with the Environ Instrument Cleaning Solution for 10 minutes only, then rinse with water and dry before using again.
NB: This instrument is designed to be used by one person only. Handle with care and do not drop as the needles can be damaged. Keep away from children. Do not leave it soaking over night in the Cleansing Solution.
