CHOOSE FROM PICK-UP OR DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR 

1. PICK-UP YOUR PRODUCTS

Pick up is available (FREE) from the following address: 84/2, Triq Tigne, Sliema. We currently accept Paypal through our online store, Revolut or BOV Mobile on +356 99824710 - all options are available on check-out as well.  Payment by Revolut or BOV mobile must be done in advanced before pick-up, please write your name and surname. Once payment is received via Revolut or BOV mobile, you will receive a confirmation of payment via message. We will get in touch with you to schedule a time for you to collect your products (usually ready in 24 hours).

2. DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

Delivery times: Deliveries are made on Mondays (all day), Wednesdays (all day) and Saturday mornings. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days once you purchase your product/s. 

We offer FREE delivery all over Malta when spending €75. However, a €5 delivery charge will be applied to any orders under €75. For the time being, we deliver to Malta only, we hope to deliver to Gozo too shortly. We currently accept Paypal through our online store, Revolut or BOV Mobile on +356 99824710 - all options are available on check-out as well.  Payment by Revolut or BOV mobile must be done in advanced before delivery, please write your name and surname. Once payment is received via Revolut or BOV mobile, you will receive a confirmation of payment via message. Kindly send us your name, surname, address and location on WhatsApp on this number +356 99824710. We will then contact you to schedule your delivery !

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you have placed an order just sit tight and we will ship it to you or else you can choose to pick-up your products from our salon - both options are available at check-out. All the details will be provided in your confirmation email!

PAYMENT TYPES

We currently accept Paypal, Revolut or BOV Mobile on +356 99824710 - all options are available on check-out.

PRODUCT PURCHASES

To make a purchase through the CM online store, simply select the relevant product, and click ‘Add to Cart’. The cart icon is on the top right of the screen and it will update to display the product/s selected.

You can then complete your purchase, by clicking on the cart and then by clicking 'Checkout’. Alternatively, you can continue shopping to add more items to your cart.

Once you proceed to ‘Checkout’, there are simple prompts to guide you through the purchase process. You may select your 'Delivery method' by choosing either 'Ship' or 'Pick up':

'Pick up' method (FREE):

  • If you choose 'Pick up' (FREE) collection is from the following address: 84/2, Triq Tigne, Sliema. Click on 'Continue to payment' 
  • Select your preferred payment method: Paypal, BOV Mobile or Revolut. (NB: If you choose BOV Mobile or Revolut kindly write your name and surname and transfer payment on +356 99824710. We will contact you via email or message to confirm your purchase, when payment goes through)
  • Input your billing address details
  • Then press 'Complete Order' 
  • We will get in touch with you to schedule a time for you to collect your products (usually ready in 24 hours)

'Ship' method:

  • If you choose 'Ship' method, you will be required to enter your shipping information and your 'Shipping method' - choose from:
    •  FREE standard delivery (3-5 Business Days when spending €75.00) if your order totals to €75 and over, OR 
    •  Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days when spending less than €75.00) if your order totals to less than €75 - in this case a €5 delivery charge applies. 
  • After selecting your 'Shipping method' press 'Continue to payment'.
  • Select your preferred payment method: Paypal, BOV Mobile or Revolut. (NB: If you choose BOV Mobile or Revolut kindly write your name and surname and transfer payment on +356 99824710. We will contact you via email or message to confirm your purchase, when payment goes through)
  • Confirm if your shipping address is the same as your billing address
  • Then press 'Complete Order' and you are done! ★

RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable to products that are unopened, unused and undamaged. We accept returns up to 7 days from delivery date (ie. the day an order arrives at your door).
